Calculating the Begin Date for a dues billing run

For a dues billing run, iMIS uses these important factors to determine the Begin Date:

■    Whether billing is done on an Anniversary or Annual basis

■    The current value of the Paid Thru date

■    The Join Date for a new customer

■    The Effective Date of the billing run

■    The Start Date Control options defined on the Set up general options window
